Happy Tots on Keats

We feel so fortunate we found Happy Tots, our daughter has been attending the centre since she was about 8months old and has learned so much and has really loves it there. We were impressed by the facilities and the educators & staff are all friendly, warm and passionate about what they do. We appreciate everything they have done for our daughter, who has really blossomed there.

Inconsistent staff, incredibly high turnover.Not the best enviroment for making children feel safe when teachers change out every week.They would often have temporary staff there who obviously did not care as they were not permanent.There were only a few consistent educators at the centre over the 2y we had our daughter in there, they were the only reason we stayed as they were terrific! Unsure if they are still there.Turning up late one afternoon to find the remaining children huddled round an ipad on the floor while the remaining educator couldnt even identify which child was my own, was the final nail in the coffin for us making the move elsewhere.Would not recomend.

Choosing the perfect place to leave my baby was very hard task, I checked over multiple childcare’s and multiple times and here every time the kids looked happy. Was hard adjustment for me and baby, but after the first week, my baby looked as happy as the other babies every day. I feel peace, and fully trust them to look after my baby. Miss Zeijka and Miss Maddy are the main educators in nursery and both are absolutely amazing!Also the director Glenda has been very accommodating, helping me with every single inquire I have had.

My 8 month old daughter attends happy tots 3 days a week. The staff were incredibly accommodating when we were transitioning her into starting daycare, making us feel like we were welcome at the centre any day, any time to help her settle in before she began her enrollment. Since I've gone back to work, my daughter has always come home happy and the communication with us has always been excellent. Everybody greets my daughter by name when we walk in, and we really feel like one of the community. Thank you Charmaine, Zeljka, Harriet and Tammy for making us feel so reassured about leaving our daughter in your care.

We are very new to the country and my daughter attends toddler studio at Happy tots 3days in a week.The staffs are all friendly and helpful..We would like to express our sincere gratitude to the entire happy tots team to support my daughter to settle with the new environment ..❤️ Danie,James and Mani.. Both of my sons go to Happy Tots on Keats, one in the baby room and one in Pre-Kindy room. I could not ask for better carers! The educators love the kids like their own, so nurturing and friendly. Always a hello and smile at drop off and pick up with a chat about how the kids day went. The centre management is great, very helpful and responsive for anything I need.I get daily updates via Storypark with pictures so I can see what they are doing during the day. My little one has a daily book filled in with all naps and feeds so that I can easily keep track.My older son was so shy at the start of the year when we started at the centre. Now he runs in very confident ready to play. My little one loves the ladies in his room and saves his favourite cuddles for them. Cannot rate this centre better, great place to send your little ones!

Honestly, Happy Tots on Keats is the best daycare our son has been to. He started off at a different centre, which we didn’t have a problem with, but the commute became too onerous for us. Once we transitioned him to Happy Tots on Keats, we realised that we had found an extremely special centre. The educators are genuinely so caring, and we feel so comfortable knowing that our son has a connection with his carers. We recently ran into one of the educators at a local shopping centre, and our son recognised her straight away and wouldn’t stop hugging her. The educators are only one element of Happy Tots, and the centre itself is BEAUTIFUL. From the moment you walk in, the beautiful stone reception desk is like nothing I’ve seen before. The nursery has so many beautiful toys, and the outdoor area has the best playground, complete with a cubby house and sandpit. The kids are well looked after in terms of food, the chef makes beautiful and healthy meals. Put another way, these kids eat better than me. I would not hesitate to recommend Happy Tots on Keats, your kids will love it!

We started looking for a childcare place in January for our daughter, so we’d be prepared for her to start mid March. Plenty of time, we naively thought. Happy Tots seemed great. The educators were really nice, the kids were all having a blast and the centre is really nice so we asked the assistant director if they had a place for her the 2 days a week we needed. They said that they did, so we filled out the paperwork and we were all booked in. Easy.We followed up by calling them in February to ask a few things, and they told us that yes, she was booked in to start on the agreed date and they’d email us what we needed to know.They then sent us an email explaining that she’d be in a different room than we’d agreed to and on different days than we’d signed up for. We called again asking for clarification. This time speaking with the director. She gave us a different start date, in a different room, this time letting us know that they could only take her 1 day a week. So, 3 different schedules, from the 3 different points of contact.When we emailed asking for clarification on why our daughter wasn’t booked on the days we’d agreed to and enrolled for, in a different room, we were ignored. We sent another email, repeating the questions we had, which was also ignored.Taking this as a sign of things to come, we decided to go elsewhere, as we figured if they can’t figure out how to communicate clearly or enrol a child in their centre, we didn’t want them taking care of our daughter. Even though this caused us a lot of stress, finding a new daycare in a month, I’m still thankful that we found out how poorly this place was run before they were caring for our child.They’ve since sent us 2 invoices ($0.00 owing on each) for childcare. Despite us calling and asking to be taken out of their system after the first one. So, I guess you can’t fault their dedication to doing everything incorrectly.The only plus side of our experience has been appreciating how great a daycare our daughter is now enrolled in, after the sysyphian task of attempting to sign up at Happy Tots on Keats.

I highly recommend Happy Tots on Keats. Our 10-month old daughter attends the center full time and our experiences cannot be faulted. Every morning we are greeted with smiling faces and the staff have always gone out of their way to ensure drops off's go as smoothly as possible. The daily updates and photos always brighten my day also their general communication is great. As parents I feel that our child is well cared for and safely looked after. The educators are supportive and have helped our child blossom into her own bubbly personality. At the end of the day our child returns home happy and tired.As a purpose built childcare facility the center is very well designed to caters for young inquisitive minds in a safe and healthy environment. The outdoor space is awesome, unique, large and ready to be explored. I would highly recommend taking the tour of the facility.We love the center and staff.

We started in the toddler studio at Happy Tots a few months ago and love this centre! My daughter is always so happy in the mornings when we're on the way and has so much fun with the learning activities the centre provides. All the staff are lovely and so welcoming, and I love that they always greet us by name. Thank you Happy Tots!
