i went to grab something from the frozen food section then realised when i got in the car it was off so i went back in to swap it and they were all off. this is disgusting.

Everytime I order through uber they always get my order wrong I wouldn't mind if they got it wrong once in a blue moon but it's pretty much everytime I order please pick your game up IGA thanks

The prices and lack of fresh produce could be forgiven if the service wasn't so slow and reluctant. No one in there knows how to smile or greet a customer.

Quite a cluttered and incredibly expensive store (even considering the convenience premium). The older gentleman that was attending the counter appeared to be the franchisee/manager, so it was shocking that he saw me waiting at the counter, yet decided to continue his laughing and personal conversation with a staff member for another minute and a half. Convenience stores generally generally should be convenient - I was in a hurry but that didn't seem to matter.

The owners of this store illegally overwork their employees, making their 15/16 year old employees do 30 hour weeks while the legal working hours for school-aged staff are 12 hours. The management is rude, and does not give out references for past employees future job opportunities. + Yopussaystank

Terrible customer service (click and collect) and poor communication. I ordered online through click and collect with my collection window being 2-4pm. 1.5 hours into my collection window, I had not heard anything. When I went in store, the staff didn't know what click and collect was, kept asking me if I was UberEats or DoorDash, and had not even started (or comprehended) my order with 30 minutes left of my collection window. I stood around without any sort of communication or explanation (other than being told 5 more minutes") while I could see a staff member go around the store doing my order. Illogical substitutions were made as the lady tried to substitute a product with a dairy-free option. I also came home missing items and had other random items in my order (although the Freddo frogs could have possibly been a substitution for Tiny Teddies

If I could give a minus rating I would. I’ve ordered twice from uber in the last 2 months and they messed up both times. The first time they completely left an item out which was the main reason I Ubered in the first place and today they sent us the wrong eggs and an expired wholemeal flour where the packet looked beaten and was open. Totally ruined dinner plans. How are they still allowed to be open looking at the other reviews?

I called the store and asked if I could exchange coins for notes and I did say that they were all pre sorted he then said that they were to busy and hung up he was extremely rude and I would not recommend going there especially since that is only from a phone call
