Prue is an exceptional vet and recently saw my 3 cats and then Blaze for an appointment bought forward. Consistency, honesty and respect I have found from being a client for the last 20 years. You may not want or like what you hear but Prue tells you the best way to cope and make the best especially when a bad situation arises. Prue really cares. Cameron, Rachel and the remainder of the Reception staff are always friendly and very efficient. Cameron recently committed to sort an issue with Healthy Pets for me. It was Saturday and sure enough I received a phone call on the Monday with everything resolved. Seamless. If you want your family member to receive the best service. I highly recommend Greencross Stud Park. From the moment you walk in the door to when you leave and even after the follow up. They all truely care. Regards Kristy

Really great and calm staff. Everyone is friendly and welcoming. All the pets who visit seem very relaxed and the vets make sure to make sure they are well taken care of.

Big thank you to all at stud park. Our beautiful greyhound severed his tarsal tendons on the weekend, after having a horrible experience at the emergency vet we desperately needed a solution to his bad injury. From the get go they were fantastic. Sam (I think) squeezed us in first thing as they were fully booked. Stumpy was seen straight away and the girls offered him a blanket to lie on (he is a bit of a diva and refuses to lie on the bare ground and was painful for him to stand). Dr Kate assessed him and said it was worth a shot to reattach the tendons. The long term cost including post OP care was about 1/10th the cost of the quote we had at the first clinic who initially told us if we weren't prepared to pay the huge surgery costs - euthanasia was our only option. He was operated on that same day. He came home last night looking so much better and wanting to eat. He has a long recovery ahead but we feel so relieved knowing that we will receive further fantastic care with green cross. Everyone there is so helpful and so willing to answer questions. We purchased the pet plus plan last year when he had a dental last year and it had already payed for itself, definitely worth the money.

Rang my dog so sick... no appointments bad luck ring around to get in somewhere even though I said my dog might not make it through the night.... and they care about animals don't think so. Wouldn't even give 1

Couldn't recommend Sam highly enough. After being brushed off at another vet when my cat was ill, lost her meow, drooling excessively and had lumps - the vet there looked at her for under 5 minutes and did nothing else - I came here.Sam carefully inspected my girl, explained all the possibilities and likelihoods, provided a course of antibiotics and personally checked in to see how Lucy was going.Another visit was required when things picked up on the antibiotics then dropped back to bad after and again Sam patiently ran me through all the potential reasons for Lucy's condition, my options going forward and the pros and cons with each. We've got a new plan to help my girl and I trust that she's in safe hands as I try and help her get back to her normal self.

Saw Dr Tan for a general check up. Our dog is a friendly large breed dog. The vet was very nervous when she came in and only checked my dog’s heart rate and that’s was it. Usually during a general check ups vets check the eyes, teeth, ears, legs etc. she did nothing. but I was charged the full amount for a general checkup even though she didn’t check my dog properly. Because she was scared, we let our dog even wear a muzzle, she managed to give him the injections but that was it. Made my dog super nervous as well. If you are scared of big dogs then perhaps don’t take that booking. I’m really disappointed.
