All auto retail businesses are struggling right now, with keeping workshop staff, getting parts from suppliers, and trying to keep customers happy by joining all the loose ends in the background. OP Bunbury have been intrusted with my new DMAX and all the workshop build components. Pricing is competitive and service is great. Toby is great to work with and has got my build looking pretty dam good. Toby knows his stuff and is easy to talk to with any matters that need clarification or further dialogue

Amazing service! I needed a certain roof rack fitted onto my Mitsubishi Lancer and Toby ordered the parts in and had them fitted to my car within two days! The price he gave me was also much cheaper than others when I rang round for quotes. It was such a pleasure coming into the shop and being met with such professionalism and experience. I will definitely be recommending Opposite Lock to anyone who needs supplies for their car! Thank you Toby you legend!

We wish there were 10 stars to give. Toby went beyond the job description to help us with our awning. He stayed back for half an hour after work closed on a Saturday to provide tools, fix nut sizing and make sure we could finish the job. What an amazing experience of local kindness. Toby made our camping weekend a success.

Communication with customers is the worst I've ever encountered. Business is hard atm, delays and higher prices inevitable. I want to support local business.But just don't lie!! You can't promise something can be done, and then just never do it, letting me think it's all fine for 5 months.0 stars for my business with them recently. Wouldn't recommend!I hope they can improve their communication.

Shame on staff, sent 2 contact forms and still no reply to my husband Brian. Had super springs fitted 6 weeks ago assured they would suit our near new Hilux. 3 weeks later up north and they have failed. Be assured when we get back to Bunbury a unhappy customer will be returning for a chat.
