Which shows the unethical nature of the business and self.You speak of unfair for the review when I am the one missing my $1000+ Bond that im entitled to. Give fair and fair shall be given, or be given what you give - unfairness.Original comment:Witholding bond for no legal legitimate reason expect from what I can see as pure greed. Would not rent from Peter or Danielle T! Especially if you want to leave a property legally with your BOND. We vacated the property legally and gave the correct notice. Whilst at the property we replaced the pet stained carpet that was there on arrival with over $2000 worth of premium carpet, installed by a prof. layer and the walls were repainted. Many upgrades for essentially free, but still they choose to try and take my Bond. Still waiting for the VCAT case nearly two years later.Save yourself the hassle and rent elsewhere!

Shilpy have been super great since we moved our rental to N7 . She found us good tenants , and keep up updated with all things to do with our property . We’re very happy with the service she provide us .
