Josh answered my call on a Sunday, went through everything in detail and had me scheduled in for a job the next day - it was an emergency as I had found mould growing in a garaged car that needed to be used this week.RJ Platinum staff thoroughly cleaned my vehicles inside and out in my drive way. I feel much better about getting professionals to handle the mould so I know it's taken care of properly and safely - the cars look brand new as well.10/10 business, friendly local team that I will use again and recommend to mates who need detailing / cleaning for their vehicles.

Josh at RJ came very highly recommended. We have a 4wd that had sand and kids mess in the back seats and some marks on the paint from going off road.Kynan worked an absolute miracle and far exceeded our expectations. The car looks brand new inside and all the scratches are pretty much gone.I always love to support small business and am glad I found this little gem. At first, I was sceptical - I thought, their prices are too reasonably cheap, there must be a catch with the quality.However, I decided to give them a shot. I contacted Josh on the weekend and he booked my car in for the next day.When I first purchased my manual Holden VF Commodore SS-V Redline, you could tell she was a country girl... She had a lot of built-up dust on the underbody, that I was not aware of, until they did a thorough examination of my car and brought it to my attention.For context, I am not well-versed in cleaning cars - I just perform very simple cleaning, to get rid of general dirt and the build-up of brake dust. Not the love my girl deserves to have.After RJ Platinum had performed their deep cleaning service on my car, it was as though it was a brand new car - I had to do a double take and check the licence plate, to make sure they did not just replace my car with a new car.They had performed an incredibly detailed cleaning of the car, in particular, the interior. I did not realise the seats were that dirty and had the residual build-up of god knows what in them.I let Josh know that one of my few annoyances was that due to the large size of my Brembo brakes, they were notorious for capturing a lot of brake dust, which in turn, led to a lot of squealing when I would brake.Josh advised me they had performed a thorough cleaning of this area, as well as applied something to the area, which would reduce the build-up of brake dust. Fast-forward one month of daily driving, I have yet to hear any squealing. I am flabbergasted.Josh had explained, in layman's terms, everything they had done thereafter and was even kind enough to show me a video of what they removed from the seats.I am astounded by what was lurking in my car. It is now an absolute pleasure to get inside my car; it feels as though I am always taking it out of the showroom for a test drive.Their services were absolutely thorough, highly professional, they were extremely reasonably priced with the services they offer and the quality they provide. I was sceptical about getting a detailing service, but I see that it is an investment in the vehicle.
