Went to do my 2019 tax return but told by 2018 tax return has not been done yet I paid this company to do !! won’t answer calls do not use total rip-off

DO NOT USE. They told me there was a one off fee which they would waver for a first time client, however they took $600 without telling me. Total rip off

Will never use again after this year. Does not answer calls and does not give update. Waiting for weeks and was told that they cant do it.
