Like all the 'new' branches it has essentially been reduced to a line of atms with one or two people standing around encouraging you not to seek human intervention. You might as well just go with an online bank and get better interest rates and lower fees and not pay for a service that no longer exisits.

Shameful CBA ..most profitable bank and decides more profit if no Tellers / ONLY MACHINES at this branch NO TELLERS .CBA think customers too lazy to change banks because of no tellers at will put up with dealing with machines... well not this customer- voteing with feet and going to a bank that shows more respect to its customers.

I have been to this bank twice and both times I have left unhappy with the service. The last time I went was to deposit some money into a trading account for which I have no cards. I dont have any Commonwealth cards. When I said could I please deposit some money into this account the man said can I have your card, I told him I did not have a card , He kept insisting that I must have a card and it appeared that he did not believe me. He then peered into my wallet and said what about that one. This was my mothers card as I look after her. Its not nice not to be believed and I will try not to go back there

I went to commbank Parramatta to open a business account. After queing, the lady asked me where the other director. I said he is not here. She just said , oh you cant open an account. So I went to Warriewood branch. The other director went there at 3:30 but i was stick in traffic. I arrived 10 minutes before closing tome. Sami said, we could have opened an account and we each go the commbank near us to verofy our identity. That would have been convenient.Sami was awsome. She patiently asked what our purpose, intentions... are and gave us advice. She never complained, nor rushed us. We finished after closing time.Thanks Sami.
