Really non scary waiting area, all staff were kind and friendly. I saw Dr Nick and after sharing I was struggling being there as I’m autistic (sensory nightmare for me) Dr Nick and the staff member assisting were amazing. Explaining what was happening each step of the way and checking in with me, reducing noise as much as possible, giving me the tinted glasses to reduce light, communicating my choices in a way I could understand, most of all patiently answering all of my questions. Really grateful for how people centred the care is. Very recommend

Absolutely spectacular, had dr Faraz remove my top two wisdom teeth a few months ago then saw dr Brad Moore for a complex removal of my bottom two, both took great care and had great success and fantastic results

The girls were great today, very friendly and caring. I would recommend anyone to go there for a dental treatment.

Felt at ease when i arrived in an open and hygienic practice, staff were pleasantly presented and the dentist himself was found to be very knowledgeable, easy to communicate with, and made me personally, able to relax in an environment i dislike. Highly recommend. Parking and surround’s were lovely and safe.

Fantastic, friendly, helpful and very thorough. Put my daughter at ease straight away and very happy to spend the time talking me through different treatments etc.

Dr Nikil Kapoor was very professional, really lovely and all round helpful. I never really knew how to care for my teeth and he patiently answered all my questions. Would recommend 100%

Dr Nik is a great dentist, having not been for a few years I was a bit anxious and Nik’s professional and gentle demeanour immediately put me at ease. I had a filling replaced and full clean and de scale that was completely painless and easy. We also discussed a good plan for future treatment. I could not recommend Dr Nik highly enough.

If I could rate this dental practice zero stars I would!!I had a partial denture made, after awaiting a month - when attempting to have fitted for collection. I spent over an hr in the chair with dentist forcibly trying to fit the denture, she did not have the tools available to amend the denture, was dismissive of my pain and pressure on teeth and ended up cutting my lip. The denture teeth themselves were too small and did not match my other teeth. I could not remove and replace the denture without assistance, the following day I awake to bleeding gums and extreme pain and pressure on my teeth. I contacted the practice to advise, I received no apology and was treated disgracefully. Eventually received a refund and had to go elsewhere as the product issued was not fit for purpose, was of poor quality and was nothing of an embarrassing
