Great customer service but the black out blinds don't really do what they say they do. Got the luxaflex honeycomb black out blinds. I complained to the installer that they really didn't line up correctly and he just kinda fob me off. Saying it was the house to blame for it was old. For the price you pay for the blind would expect more from them. Some of the other widows don't leak light at all so it's obviously a measurement problem. I gave the blinds chance for a year beofre before writing this review to see if seasons would make any difference but na. The blinds just don't black out.

Fabrique did our blinds when we built our home over 6 years ago and we could not fault the service from walking into the shop thru to installation.We have just added the Luxaflex Evo MagnaTrack Awning to our deck. Again the service was of a high standard not to mention the awning is amazing!A massive Thank You to Giuseppe & the team at Fabrique!!!

The shop and office staff are friendly, knowledgeable and responsive and I would give them 5 stars. But the workmanship of a couple of the installers that have worked on our house is average at best.

The Fabrique team have completed two installations at my home. I have been extremely happy with both experiences. The process ran very smoothly from making the right choice for shutters, to the installation. Our house is an older one, which brings some challenges for installation. The final result is fantastic and is a credit to the team. I found all staff to be friendly, knowledgeable and professional.

Over the years I have had lots of curtains and more recently blinds from Fabrique. The service and follow service has all ways been excellent. I have had one issue with an installation (previous installer) which was fixed promptly.I am writing this because I ordered a blind to go on an internal door which had glass windows in it. I have no idea where my head was at the time. Silver trim silver blind on a white door with new brass hinges door handle etc. So when Paul the installer extraordinaire come to put the blind up I asked him if it would possibly fit on the back door over the window in that door. The back door has chrome locks and handle which matched the blind better. Paul patiently adjusted and fitted the blind. He went to soooo much trouble to get it just right. It was very time consuming and fiddley but I would not have been happy with the blind there it was originally going to go. Even thought I had never thought of putting a blind on the back door - it was not wasted. So sometime in the future I will re visit the hall door blind - better choice next time.Paul is profession, punctual, friendly and takes time and care with his work to insure the customer is happy.

Not 12mths ago we spent a considerable amount on blinds we were extremely happy with the service and when we had any problem the after service was great. Wanted more blinds for some new Windows the service was appalling whats happening??

It’s the second time we have used Fabrique to install soft furnishings in a property. The first, completing a renovation in a period home and recently adding the final touches to a new build. White Luxaflex polysatin shutters transformed our upstairs bedrooms adding privacy and flexibility (highly rate this product) and dual track pencil pleat fabric curtains (one sheer & one blockout) softened our living room and maximised our options for privacy, warmth & light. Jacqui and her team are incredibly personable & professional and you’re spoilt for choice of products & quality fabrics in their showroom. Thank you again!

My family moved to Hobart about 7 years ago and we needed new blinds and curtains for the new house. Luckily, when chatting to people regarding window furnishings, I was advised to go to Fabriqué. This was the best advice I have received in a long, long while. I have dealt with Fabriqué now for approximately 7 years, having kitchen blinds and curtains in many rooms installed. The service and advice has been excellent. The staff at Fabriqué have an eye for style and can suggest colour matching and fabrics like no-other. The staff at Fabriqué only have the satisfaction of the customer in mind. Their after-service is beyond belief, all the staff are extremely friendly and understanding... nothing is too much trouble.I wouldn't waste time looking elsewhere for professional advise regarding window furnishing. 10/10 and a happy smiley face for Fabriqué Moonah.

Came into the showroom looking for new blinds and recieved excellent customer service. A woman then came to our house to install our blinds and was lovely to chat with and extremely helpful in demonstrating how to use them correctly! Will be returning and referring my friends to them!
