Worst pizza ever had. Ordered hot and spicy vege pizza,only topping seem and taste is chilly, per slice 6- 8 chilli and bites of red capsicum, per slice hardly visible piece of pineapple and onion, even topping of aioli is missing!

I wish I would of looked at the reviews first before ordering from here. This was the worst pizza I have had and on top of that, crust was so dry and burnt. It sesm from other peoples experiences the manager clearly doesn't know how to handle the situation. Will definitely be contacting the customer service team for a full refund, because it seems to me the manager wouldn't know how to handle that situation either

Not happy. Thin and crispy pizza. The base is very chewy. Pizza also seems like it has no cheese. I know cheese is expensive but really Pizza Hut, all pizza has cheese. The other ingredients on top are dry. Both pizzas were not enjoyable.

We ordered over 20 pizzas for a function and I was pleasantly surprised. The food arrived hot and very tasty. Manu was great to deal with.

If you want cold flavourless cardboard delivered to your house, then this is the place for you. Waited two hours, for a cold pizza, every time I tried calling they hung up on me.I enjoy eating the box more than the pizzaDO NOT GO HERE

As good as you'd expect for a large restaurant chain. Tasty and filling, with alright value meal deals. My experience here mostly positive with few problems. Received my pizzas by specified time mostly.The first few times I ordered delivery, they couldn't locate my house ( I live in a townhouse complex of many units). They gave up once and cancelled the order. They have since learned where I live so delivery is good now. Have forgotten my drink before but the driver came back later with an extra 1L coke and ice creams.Also, one time the meat smelled off on my pizza but that was once out of maybe 50 pizzas.

Was looking forward to a delicious pizza. I ordered creamy garlic prawn pizza and other meals here, but the creamy garlic prawn pizza was so disappointing and disgusting that I couldn't even finish one bite and spit it out. The prawn is not fresh at all, I don't believe my palate is trying the second one, but the answer I get is still the same, I just feel like throwing up when I smell it, when I call the store, they say it's a frozen pack, every day Thaw, there will be no problem. But the method and temperature and even time used for the thawing process can affect it, especially for seafood. The staff didn't want to spend more time trying to find out why it's not fresh for me . I am very disappointed not to get a full response and follow-up.

Just go to Domino's. Been to Pizza Hut three times, and this is my 2nd burnt pizza. Wish I took a picture of the 1st one. I've also seen them work without gloves sometimes which is a bit sketchy.

If there was an option to give zero stars I would. $47 worth of Pizza late, cold and when I spoke to the Manager he denied and didn't even offer to give $ back or a meal for taking longer than the promised 30 min delivery time. Don't order from this place! The driver was rude which reflects the management. No accountability what so ever because obviously they know they can get away with it. Terrible terrible terrible.
