South Coast Radiology

It was a pleasure to visit this facility for a CT scan, the staff were friendly and helpful, parking was really easy, lots of waiting room space, my appointment was on time, all good!

As this is a new facility there will be teething problems but………..entering the car park was awful,turning off such a busy road and not seeing the entrance till the last minute because of parked cars right up to the entrance,.was scary,then all parks were full.!!!There needs to be a better drop off area than the Ambulance bay for most of your clients will have mobility issues.Time waiting was too long.15mins till taken to MRI area,then another 15mins till my turn then as an aged person I felt rushed,!!! ie get up here,lie down here ,move this way ,then that,ear plugged shoved into my ears,etc ets.Staff efficient but !!! Thanks for asking,.

Had SPECT scan and MRI Treatment was good. Attending doctor was helpful. Because I was there for nearly 4 hours, I was disappointed to find that the coffee machine was out of order. In hindsight, I should have brought a snack and drink with me.

I didn’t even make far enough to book an appointment with how rude and unwilling customer service was on the phone twice by two different ladies yesterday and today.They both seemed very annoyed by questions that I needed answers in order to move forward with the process and didn’t make it easy or helpful.I was very disappointed and frustrated as according to the reviews this was supposed to be a nice place to go to, instead I called Mermaid Beach Radiology and they covered all information fast and in a very friendly and polite way.Hope it was only a coincidence they were both having a bad day and is not their normal way to treat customers, but sadly my experience was bad and I wouldn’t recommend it.

I found the staff and radiologists to be friendly and efficient. I had a couple of questions re another appointment that I was to have in a few days time, and I was very happy with the care and attention they gave to my inquiry.

Quick, professional, had little one with me and it was no problems, they accept other places referrals, parking was simple underneath.

Friendly staff. The guys that did my MRI were empathetic and showed compassion and helped me through my phobia. It was the first time I’ve ever felt comfortable when doing an MRI and now this is the only place I’d come back to when doing more scans.

Very friendly and caring staff. I was seen on time and had the procedure explained. Well done.

I have been visiting SCR fir bone & CT scans twice year for 6 year at Pindara.I had my scans at the new premises Benowa on Monday 13th December & what a wow experience all the staff were marvellous & so proud of there new work place.All the equipment was brand new up to the latest technologyIn the past due to hospital emergency cases with hospital patients my treatment was always held up at Pindara, which I fully understandingMy appointment was on time & the experience was fatastic.
