I cannot recommend these guys enough I took my brand new Hyundai NLine in on a Monday for a dent repair and got it back looking brand new on Tuesday. These guys did an amazing job and I can't thank them enough

Recently I unfortunately found the need for a smash repairer. Without a second thought I went to my local repairer who my family have always used and who I trust completely. Only to find that the people I trust were not an approved repairer with my insurer. They expected me to take my car significant distance away to someone I do not know. I went against them and went to WSR and of course was not disappointed. The care, the guidance, and total service by EVERYONE at WSR was exceptional. Thank you Glen, and to all your team. I had my brand new Prado repaired here and could not be happier with the service I received from start to finish. From Lisa at the front desk to Glenn the manager I felt well looked after and comfortable from the get go. They made making a claim (which I was dreading) very easy and painless , even made me a coffee ! when the time came to drop my car off they even offered me a lift home to Eden Park! I paid my excess over the phone the day it was finished and was so shocked that they said they would drop it home for me! Thanks to everyone at WSR for making a very inconvenient time easy.

I was extremely happy with the service I received from Glen and his staff. The repairs were of great quality and done in a timely manner. I have had other work done by them and it is always a pleasant experience. I could not recommend them highly enough.

I have had lots of cars repaired by Glen and the team over the years. Always an absolute pleasure to deal with and the finished product is second to none. Finding a repair workshop that uses genuine parts and has the ability to colour match properly is extremely hard. The team at Whittlesea Smash Repairs have proven to be nothing short of professional and I would like to take this opportunity to praise them for the recent repairs to my family car.They went out of their way to ensure my car was fixed and returned to me as soon as possible after a recent traumatic experience.Their show of compassion and after care was really appreciated and to be honest unexpected. They went out of their way and beyond to help make my life easier from the minute I walked in the door until I picked my car up. Promised to quote, then two days later refuses to - 'we won't do private repairs' even if paid in advance. Thought maybe I got him on a bad day, so tried again in April 2023 hoping to modify this review. Was not only refused, but met with screaming abuse, intimidation and threats of violence to 'knock your [expletive] block off' due to this review. Police report being lodged.
