Came in Yesterday, bought a footlong and a drink and cookies paid $25! I open email today and it says all customers Yesterday SUPPOSED TO GET BUY ONE GET ONE FREE FOOTLONG AND DRINK. GIRL AT COUNTER DIDNT EVEN TELL ME. WORST SUBWAY DOESNT CARE ABOUT WHAT THE COMPANY AS A WHOLE IS TRYING TO PROMOTE. MACKAY AND BRISBANE AIRPORT SUBWAYS HAVE BETTER SERVICE THEN YOU WILL EVER DREAM OF HAVING BRIBIE ISLAND. I've brought my resume into your store before but you weren't hiring. I am an ex assistant store manager of 4 subway stores, one of which is ALWAYS at Queensland's BEST SELLING STORES. You need good trained staff who KNOW how to run ur subway store PROPERLY. Ur staff are lazy, messy, and no common sense. Read all the previous reviews....stop hiring unreliable, untrustworthy children. And have them supervised at all times Will help you greatly

I have been here a few times and they never seem to have cookies..like at all..except today they had 1 broken one they triwd to sell. It was at 1pm as well so there is no reason to have nothing. Also noticed they lacked variety of breads too. Seems like poor stock management at this store.

If I could give it a minus star I would. As a regular at Bribie Island Subway was totally disappointed when 2 of us went in to get our regular lunch.My usual order of 6inch sub, terryaki chicken, avo, lettuce, tomato, carrot. No sauce, that's it. Today told no tomato, no carrot. Got little bit of lettuce (running low?) and avo. Got charged full price plus extra for avo. Grr. Other 6inch ham sub ordered, got about 4½ inch (same last cpl of times) again no tomato, carrot, no onion ,no baby spinach . Our subs with stuff all in them plus 2 drinks $26.80 . Customers should have been notified with a sign, we would have gone elsewhere if we had known. Why couldn't a staff member walk to Woolies (approx 300m) buy cpl kg of tomatoes, bag carrots and onions (basic salads) , to get them through the lunch period until their delivery arrived. Unacceptable Bribie Island Subway.

Subway is the benchmark sandwich station.Fresh ingredients fresher than you can have at home. Bread baked in store in multiple types. I haven't had subway since I retired 2 years ago. Subway is everywhere and it's fast and healthy especially if your away from home traveling or holidaying.

Subway is my go to, but service at this store is pretty slow. Often I notice that some of the staff do not put the correct portion of various items on, and bread is under stocked. Friendly service most of the time at least. The store is always too hot for my son, maybe get an air conditioner / fix it?

went to go get myself dinner for them to tell me they’re shut. someone was literally standing inside ordering food. it says you close at 8pm not 7:30. it takes 2 minutes to make a sandwich

The only complaint I have is that it is so hot in the Bribie store. How those lovely girls work in that store with just 2 fans over the tables and none over their work area.Come.on, give them some air-conditioning .
