I had an unsatisfactory NBN installation that the company that it installed it did a poor job and technician was rude and arrogant. After I complained about the installation to NBN the technician came back and was very rude and refused to rectify the problems. Another complaint was lodged and a technician from another company No Hassalls Electric and air conditioning was arranged and he arrived at the appointed time and day. This young fellow was absolutely wonderful. He fixed all the faults in a very professional manner and was very polite. He was a credit to his employer and explained everything he was doing to ensure we were happy with the the placement of the NBN antenna in a better place on our roof and no longer causing a shadow across our solar panels. I will have no hesitation in recommending this company to anyone and the technician that did the work is a great asset to this company. They were very good in communicating with me and very obliging in organizing appointments around my medical appointments and issue's. Highly recommended.

I have been dealing with Ben and No Hassall's staff for a while now from getting a quote to waiting for a new roof installation (other contractor) and then, finally, doing the solar installation. The communication has been regular, clear and staff helpful at any time. The installation was swift and information was provided to use, monitor, troubleshoot and maintain the solar system and panels. Technician arrived early after checking it was OK to do so. Carried out the installation of a replacement wall oven efficiently including the need to move a power outlet. Earlier work has also always been of the highest standard and timely.

No Hassalls spent 2 hrs trying to fix my solar gates. They had to order in a whole new system. As soon as it came they booked it in a time that suited me. Scott the technician was knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. Price was great too
