I booked my two children in to have their flu vaccinations at this Chemist. The booking requires you to enter their date of birth.I received an email to confirm the booking.On arrival we were told they don’t vaccinate children under 11.

Recently moved into the area and needed some medications. Very happy to see such welcoming, friendly and approachable staff and pharmacists in this pharmacy. Very professional experience with my embarrassing situation and was made to feel very comfortable and informed.Good service ‪9/10‬Professionalism ‪10/10‬I will definitely make this my regular pharmacy!

On the two occasions I visited this store they gave me no option and tried to push the most expensive brand of medication, whilst standing purposely in front of other generic brands behind the counter.You're also made to feel like a rotten thief when there faulty security buzzers at the front door go off for absolutely no reason as they interrogate and search your bags as you walk out.. .. ..Quite an embarrassment for both customer and employees.'I understand you most likely get thieves but assuming every good customer is stealing from your store when the faulty buzzers go off is an absolute joke.How about spend the cash and get it repaired.?Big thumbs down and I won't be returning!

Great open plan and so many goodies when you need a snack and have to run some errands at the same time,The pharmacist is very professional and helpful with the medical certificates and it really does help showing a level of professionalism when you have the time to see patients and also let there usually doctor know the details to make life very easy.

Great personalised service and helpfulness by fantastic friendly staff - i would recommend to anyone to look no further. Good range of complementary products, gifts, perfumes, and even lotto!

A neat community pharmacy on North East Road with cosmetics, skincare, prescriptions and X-Lotto. Terrific service!

Local store not open so l went here. I got a friendly greeting on entering and she took my prescriptions and said come back in 5 minutes. I went back in 5 and they were done. Quick service and a pleasure to go there on a Sunday morning. Job well done

I was the only customer in the store, and not one of the 3-4 staff members greeted me or offered assistance in the 15 minutes I was browsing. While I was able to pick a product by myself, and I am aware I could have asked for help if needed, a quick 'hello' wouldn't have hurt. Customer service was definitely average!

Extremely great and knowledgeable staff. I had an urgent issue late in the evening that other pharmacies were not willing to help out with. Eugene the pharmacist went above and beyond to help me out and this is now my go to. The staff are always happy to help, couldn't recommend more highly!

Came in here today and the young guy working (pharmacist or assistant, unsure) was walking around looking like death, coughing and loudly expressing how sick he was. Go home! No one wants your illness! What if it's flu? Do you just happily go to work and pass it around to your customers? There would be many vulnerable people coming in to pick up medications, I can't believe how irresponsible that is. It's a small, very enclosed pharmacy too. Someone working in healthcare should know better.I certainly won't be getting my medications here anymore.
