Not happy with my experience. I tried to book a time critical call out and they were not wanting to assist me with my problem. I told them, I would be happy to pay emergency call out fee's but, still would not assist me with my enquiry. MADS got my business in the end AND at a cheaper rate!

Literally the worst company I have dealt with. Paid upfront for a service which I waited weeks for, the technicians turned up and didn't have a clue what was going on or any knowledge of the job. Waited another 2 weeks before the job was complete. The job was to instal x1 door closer. DO NOT USE
