TwinGlaze Double Glazing

We just had Twinglaze complete our second stage install. The technicians were exceptionally polite and clean for the two days. We have definately noticed the temperature improvement since our first stage. Well done TwinGlaze! Highly recommended!

Tariq was fantastic!Had a window that wouldn't close tight on day 1 of installation. Was told to contact twinglaze again after a week to follow up. Emailed them, no response. But after a week plus, got hold of Tariq on the phone, he arranged for someone to come in same day and the problem sorted.

We are very pleased with the double glazing. The thermal performance and noise reduction were even better than we expected. The job was completed on the dates we were told when we first paid the deposit. The installers, Ian, Yana and Parker were skilled and efficient, and they took real pride in their work. The 2 young men arrived on time and were polite and they got on with the job straight away. The window looked good but I had trouble opening it. It was adjusted promptly and it slides very well.

Worst company in Melbourne, long waits for jobs to get done, untrained team with too many chiefs not enough workers, dodgy work and unsafe work measures.I highly Recommend going to another place to get your glazing done these guys are useless

Installation was on time and efficient with the clean up afterwards really unexpected but appreciated. Damage to two of the panels necessitated a revisit and Ian and Yanna replaced the panels at no inconvenience to our household and with the same efficiency as mentioned previously. We would recommend TwinGlaze if you are looking for a reduction in heating costs and subsequent energy efficiency and a job well done at a very competitive price

Very pleased to find a company that will replace glass and leave the frames we have. Excellent communication. The workers who put took the old glass out and put new in were fantastic. Not only great at their job but friendly too.

All good until they get all of your money.I don’t not recommend due to absolutely appalling after sale service. It has been 7 months after a fault in a window and it still has not been replaced. They have been given 3 opportunities to have this resolved. Keep on being given excuses about installation. Said they had the warranty repair in their system but it had not been acted on for 5 months, which is when we called about it. Came to the day of the install then I was told there was a fault with the replacement window. I had to call to find out in the day that they were not coming. They now tell me that it is booked in for next Tuesday. Let’s see if I win the Twinglaze warranty lottery.Executive’s don’t even return your calls so I guess that there is an issue at the corporate level. Left two messages with no return call. Go somewhere else who actually treats you like a customer for after sales service. Pathetic.Let’s see if the executive actually returns my call.

No point in double glazing if you end up with air gaps left in the frames like I did!Couple of windows were installed into frames crooked, and one window is possibly missing a roller or it was installed wrong, so the window sits crooked in the track and grinds along the bottom of the track when moved.No response from Twinglaze to multiple emails over more than a month.

I highly recommend Twin Glazing for their innovative product and the professional service they provided from from quoting to installation. Everyone I dealt with was helpful, friendly and professional. Particular thanks to Richard, Yanna and Parker for a great job!
