I have dealt with A.N.T Building as a Project Manager and found that the Principal, Ant Gleason one of the most knowledgeable builders I have dealt with. His tradesmen that carry out the final fit out are all employed directly by the the Company adding an unsurpassed finish to the quality of the building.

I am a paraglider pilot who flies regularly on the northern beaches of sydney. On Friday 13th December 2019 , i was flying my paraglider on a cliff right outside the back of a property that this building company was constructing at 127 Narrabeen Park Parade, when one of its employees (wearing a grey company shirt with Ant Building" on it) came out to the backfence of the property and hurled a rock over the cliff at me. I am surprised that a licensed builder would not also educate and direct his employees in a manner that endeavors to maintain a safe work environment and ensure that others involved in "licensed and approved recreational activities" near where they are working are not harrassed by rogue staff. Extremely dissappointed with this companies public image. I am extremely fortunate to have not lost my life because of this employees incredibly arrogant and stupid behaviour."

Disappointed with the lack of response from ANT Building. I parked a car in front of one of their residential building sites (Guillaumes in Paddington, NSW) on 1 August 2014. I parked 1.5m behind a skip which was overfull. An unsecured and uncovered paint tray (and other debris) has blown off the pile. Paint from the tray sprayed across the front of my car. I found it at 11.30pm and showed it to the restaurant manager. It's now Thursday the following week and my call/ text/ email have not been returned. Yes, it was an accident but this is why we have insurance. This is poor form. Please return my call.
