Excellent customer service by far they were very helpful and and gave great advice on what I wanted and need. They were happy to give me a refund and not exchange goods. All in all great service. Highly recommended.

Don’t like giving bad reviews but companies like this don’t give me a choice. I buy expensive headphones used it for 2 weeks before part of the mic falls off broken after normal use.They won’t exchange or refund nothing warning to everyone they will just tell you that “ you damaged them “. Now stuck with $300 headphones and reason I paid that is because i wanted something to last.Be careful

The personell within this store refused to honor a game prices as marked, ended up pushing me into accepting a lesser game, and still managed to cheat me out of $6 for it too. I was charge $20.00 for this game because they said its not boxing day anymore.
