I began my journey wanting to be confident, learn how to improve my poor eating habits and to fit the clothes I had become too big for. Over my three month training period, On Track BT have successfully motivated and coached me to achieve all three! Since beginning my training, I have a new found confidence, and have learnt that persevering is key to any goal you set. My results have been great, I can now do sit ups and push ups; I can plank for more than a minute and not even break a sweat. I feel fitter and stronger than ever, I’m focused and happy. Training with Scott is challenging but enjoyable, he keeps you on track" (haha). You never feel like you're alone on your journey. On Track BT are supportive and you never feel judged

I would highly recommend the On Track program that Scott & Jo have developed to anyone wanting to lose some weight, or get big and strong, or even just someone looking to increase their fitness level. I've never been a gym or workout kinda guy, and it's definitely working for me. I’ve lost a bunch of weight, improved my cardio and strength and feel amazing! They really care, and it absolutely shows.

I’ve been working with Scott for 7 months and have seen my fitness and strengthincrease dramatically. I have never felt stronger or fitter. Scott shows commitmentand dedication through his passion and drive for fitness, which is demonstrated withthe energy and enthusiasm he brings to every session. Every session wasthoroughly thought out and conducted in a challenging yet fun way. Scott has alwaysprovided sessions that are always different from the last, all of which I have enjoyedimmensely. Scott has the experience and knowledge to help anyone achieve theirgoals to the best of their ability given any circumstances. I’ve been training with Scott for over 6 months now. The way I view nutrition and exercise has completely changed over that time. I have been out of shape for 10 years, but now I’ve turned that around and have been improving all the time since then. Scott’s a great motivator, and always gets the last few reps out of me.I’m now fitter, stronger and have more energy. – all thanks to On Track Body Transformations!
