Called up in a panic at 11.15am because I had forgotten to book a carrier for a 5pm flight. OzPets went well and truly out of their way to get a carrier to the airport before 1pm sitting and waiting for me at check in and for a completely reasonable price! Recommend 100%.

Received fantastic service over & above the call of duty. Russell organised the transport of 2 moodle puppies from one side of Australia to the other over the weekend - all out of their normal business hours. Done with great efficiency & care. Much appreciated & highly recommended.
