North Coast Removals and Storage

We recently moved from Sydney to Kingscliff with North Coast Removals. This included five weeks storage between our pickup and delivery. Besides being a very competitive quote, we can't fault the service we received throughout this experience. Our contact with the Head Office was always great with clear communication about everything. The two guys who looked after us - Brad & Gavin, did both our pickup and delivery. They did an outstanding job, were great to work with, and really went out of their way to look after us. I can't recommend them, and North Coast Removals highly enough for the service we received on our removal

I was pleasantly surprised by the service I received from north coast removalists. Booking was smooth and the quote was fair. The truck turned up on time and, having had issues with other removalists in the past, I was amazed by the care these people took with my things. It was a big move and an overnight one but everything went to plan and the unpacking was careful as well. I recommend this company and its staff to anyone seeking a trouble free moving experience.

Had an awesome experience with North Coast removals. I had a full storage shed of random things and it wasn't a hassle for them at all. Both Jamie and lucus were awesome walking me through the whole process and done everything they could to assist me. They kept in contact the whole time there wasn't a moment that I didn't know where my belonging were and as this shed was full on my late mother belongings that was very important to me. The removalist advised me every step of the way on where to put things in an already full house and were super quick and efficient at getting the job done. I would definitely recommend North Coast removals they done a fantastic job.

Worst experience EVER. Removal employee verbally confirmed with us we are within the square meterage after we loaded the truck.Once the truck arrived to Brisbane we got a phone call from North Coast to let us know the truck is in Brisbane however our contents was over a few cubic metres. They demanded $1800 to cover differance in which the removalists assured me verbally we were within the limits. Were were literally out of money from our move and agreed in the end of $700 extra. To deliver our load. They withheld our house contents for 2 days while we slept on the floor and eaten off plastic cutlery at our new rental trying to come up with the extra $700.We had everything agreed in writing plus verbal and visual from the removalists prior to shutting the truck door in NSW. In my opinion this company are dishonest and use dirty tactics to scam extra money from their customers whilst holding your contents ransom.North Coast also broken a mirror and damaged some of our furniture.I would never ever recommend these low lifes to anyone. Beware !!!

I couldn't be happier with the service provided by this company. My removalist guys, Ben & Gary, were prompt, professional, & personable. They took great care with my belongings, & did an amazing job, especially considering the size of my move. I would recommend highly for all moving & storage needs.( Not sure why I'm listed as a Google user

Cannot overstate the quality of the service we received from Luke and his team. Ben and Cory were the boys handling the physical side of our move from Port Stephens to the Gold Coast. Both were extremely professional, obliging, meticulous and skilful in all aspects of loading and unloading the two containers required for this job. Would not hesitate to recommend North Coast Removals to anyone requiring a competitive and reliable service.

I am grateful for North Coast Removals service. I was informed from the beginning of the cost and the date for pick up and delivery . The men who provided the service was wonderful, courteous and very professional. I especially appreciated the support that they offered in putting the furnitures in the correct positions of each room. They made it easy for us to enjoy our new home by our not lifting a finger to arrange it ourselves.We would certainly recommend this company to anyone else.

Awesome... not the cheapest but the move went perfectly and not a single item damaged. The removal guys were professional, respectful and hard working. They treated our things like it was their own.Highly recommend you get a quote from North Coast Removals before going with a cheapie. Don't be fooled by to good to be true" quotes from others and if you love your things then be prepared to pay a little more to have it looked after. Thanks guys

We appreciate the great service we have received from Port Removals.Luke saved us a lot of money suggesting we use their service to store our things in their storage and have it moved once we found a place. otherwise we could of been paying a lot more to store our stuff on the Central Coast while we found a place down there & then another removalists to move it to our new place.The guys that came to move us out were great too.We recomment Port Removals to people for sure

It was an extremely hot day when our possessions were loaded. Ben and Chris did an exceptional job under the conditions. They were polite and professional. The 2 men who did the delivery were also polite and professional. We would recommend North Coast Removals to anyone looking for a removal company. They did an excellent job, we were very happy with there work ethics.
