I haven't worked for allstaff a while ago but I would like to give them a review they well deserve. I have been through a lot of agencies and they would be in my top 5. Very professional very organised payed on-time offer you training. They work as a team you get the same service from the whole team. I would especially like to thank Glen and the team.

Vanessa is an absolute star! She is so professional, warm and genuine. I would recommend her a million times over. Being a temp can feel like you're just one fish swimming in a sea of a million others but Vanessa didn't make me feel like that at all.

I've been out of work for a couple of months due to covid and this was the first agency who has who has been responsive and clear in their communications.My consultant Vanessa helped me to feel comfortable and explained everything in detail.I felt that they had my best interest at heart when they followed up after my first shift to make sure the role meet my expectation.Great experience!!

Do not waste your time and energy to find a job with this unprofessional agencyHad an interview with them where they required all personal details from me including super etc before the actual “interview”Few days after the interview i got a chance for the induction where they also asked me to go to do the medical check up somewhere else.Few days after the induction, got a message saying that the start date for work followed by another message saying that has been cancelled within 2 hours and will be updated for the new starting date.Rang the agency within 4 weeks since then just to be simply informed that they require no more staffs.

Initially my experience was good, after a zoom interview and induction, I started work at a location almost immediately. However after almost 2 months working with Allstaff, I've had 6 shifts cancelled on extremely short notice, about an hour before they were supposed to commence. On quiet periods where you are not needed, they will call you 2 times a week. When I requested to be moved to a different shift/location for better hours, the office initially deflected responsibility. When I pushed the matter, I was met with terse and irritable responses. Don't apply here if you are expecting somewhat secure employment or semi-regular shifts.

I couldn’t be more positive about my experience with my consultant Vanessa. Vanessa was very thorough in interviewing me & was not just interested in my work history. She found out about me as a person & what I was looking for. Then she turned that into an offer of a position in an environment where positions are hard to come by due to COVID.
