The most important things when you get a building surveyor is for them to be responsive, efficient and fair.Aaron from KWA is all these and more, he was always happy to answer questions (no matter how clueless I was) and help find creative solutions to any problem we came across in the process.I will definitely be using Aaron again and would highly recommend him for anyone looking for a FAST, great quality, FAIR and well priced building surveyor.

Delay inspection reports so you have to pay to extend. Also report so called ‘issues’ that are not part of permit and say it’s ‘due diligence’. Would not recommend, avoid if you can.

I had a really bad experience with a building surveyor from another company. I choose KWA because of all the positive reviews and they were awesome. Aaron was amazing and so helpful, his guidance made the process a lot easier. As an office administrator of a local Shade Sail Installation Company - Peninsula Shade Sails, we cannot speak more highly of the systems, staff and professionalism of Ken and his team. They constantly go above and beyond. The team at the frontline and the surveyors are always helpful, responsive and customer focussed. Being new to the process, I have never felt embarrassed to ask a question. You shouldn't go anywhere else on the Peninsula for a permit.
