Onyx Aesthetic

I would recommended Onyx to anyone. I had lip fillers performed overseas and ended up hating it and was desperate to dissolve them. A lot of places refused to dissolve them for me even when I told them that it was a temporary filler. I did a bit of research and luckily, I stumbled across Onyx on Google and decided to book in a consultation. Jo, was a sweetheart and I really appreciated that she trusted me and was willing to take abit of risk with me. I immediately felt that I could trust her from the beginning of our conversation. She throughly discussed the risks, process, outcome, expectations with me etc and made sure that I was well aware of any sort of allergies that was known. I did have an allergic reaction with the numbing cream but I didn’t panic because Jo would instantly ensure me that everything was ok. On top of that, she also gave me the opportunity to speak to her cosmetic doctor via FaceTime to address any concerns and further questions I may have. I loved this part about her service!Although I had to return shortly for a second session because the filler was stubborn, I really appreciated Jo’s honesty by not charging me for another dissolving filler session. Instead, my bottle was still kept in the fridge.Overall, my experience with Onyx was great! It was like having a Nurse friend there with me for support. Well deserved Google rating. I’m very happy with my lip results and I am already considering coming back to get my lips redone with Jo.

What a loverly place to visit! Great location and parking, great for a stop off the train on way back from work. Welcoming, professional and polite staff!.. Joanne actually cares about your journey, your outcome, is focused on what’s important to you and your skin. Joanne has an open approach to listening to you as an individual client, which is very refreshing! Been a client for about 18 months.

I’d like to extend my gratitude to Joanne, Laura and the Onyx Aesthetic team that went above and beyond for my skin journey. As somone who has quite sensitive skin and suffers from KP, I undertook a consultation with their team to identify treatments that would best work for me. Joanne went as far as reaching out to a dermatologist to better understand my situation and formulating a treatment plan with the ideal products that would feel better for my skin. I felt extremely welcome and taken care of and I am excited to come back for my next appointment in due time. This team is lovely and extremely well versed in what they do. They are professional and will do the absolute most for you!

Such a lovely aesthetic atmosphere! Calming music.. very welcoming professional staff and owner. Consultation with the registered nurse/doctor was reassuring. I would recommend this place to anyone ! Will be definitely coming back again! Keep up the great work Ladies!

My go to place for all my skin needs! I was recommended to see Nurse Joanne for my botox and lip filler and I have been amazed by her work. I was introduced to Alana who has transformed my skin with monthly Hydrafacials and Skin Needling. At my initial skin consultation I was given a treatment plan with product recommendations and now my skin has never looked better!

Alana was great. She explained what to expect with the facial since I hadn’t had one like that before. She frequently checked I was comfortable. Great service and experience. Thank you!

I couldn’t recommend Jo enough. She’s amazing at her job! I’ve even cheated on her with another clinic and in all honesty I’d never go back to anywhere else but Onxy Aesthetic. She’s professional but also feels like you’re going to see a friend at the same time. She genuinely cares about all her clients and I have always been extremely happy with all of the Botox, fillers and facials I’ve had. Would 100% recommend.

Just wanted to say a massive thank you to the ladies at Onyx Aesthetic! I visited this beauty clinic last week and got Laser done by Emma and since my face was feeling a bit dull since I work outside all day, I booked a Hydrafacial treatment and Alana was very informative about after skin care treatment. Also a big thank you to the owner Jo who is very kind and always welcomes you with a big smile on her face.

What an amazing team these wonderful women are. I personally love this place I have Botox and fillers and the results are amazing. Not to mention all the other services they have to offer. Onyx is my beauty secret.
