Great customer service.

Ordered a product from these people and the product arrived weeks later - the wrong colour. I call and ask for the correct colour and have to wait 2 more weeks for the right thing. I'm desperate at this stage. I am told I would get them this week. I call Friday and am told that they will be sent on an overnight courier to arrive on Monday. I remind the young guy on the phone that this was his fault not mine and he should then cover the $25 for a same day courier. Especially as I had already been billed for the delivery of the wrong product.All I got was a smarmy attitude and point blank refusal. Someone should tell this guy that this is not the way to keep a customer, after he has already screwed up my order. Then I am guessing, it's not his business. Highly unfair and completely contradictory to the symbol at the top of their web page.I was a regular customer, and increasing my orders. Not any more.
