Shaver Shop Hobart

Got great service from the guys at the shaver shop, they were really knowledgeable and listened to my questions and queries. Definitely recommend this place!

Great friendly service and good advice

Staff named Nathan was not keen to help the customer and had a really bad attitude for problem solving issues. I brought a hair clipper but the shop assistant didn’t explain quite clear about the blade getting hot issues. And when I came back to the store for product return or exchange thing, the man named Nathan refused to return or exchange the product and with a really bad attitude. Nathan claimed that it was my fault and blamed me to spending additional money on the oil things and even ask me to take the product go back home! I will never go back this store and Nathan’s attitude is so disappointed.

Disappointing experience.. I specifically wanted a guys opinion, experience and professional knowledge re buying a head shaver as a gift, but the guy in the store wasn't interested in assisting and said the female assistant had the same training. I don't doubt that they all have training, but I specifically went to seek personal knowledge about a product I would never use. I was left humiliated that I had even suggested that a male might know more than a female about hair clippers. Retail is all about meeting the clients needs, not tippy toeing around staffs feelings. The male staff member said he paid to have his head shaved, not a good look for some one who works in the shaver shop, maybe he didn't like the products either. Maybe they need just a bit more training about treating potential buyers with respect.

Very helpful staff. So many different type of shaves and trimmers to choose from.

Great shop great service

April 2 2018: I took my disabled son to the Cat & Fiddle arcade store to treat him to a new razor for his 16th burthday. I have no idea about men's shavers. The sales assistant was extremely helpful, he steered me away from the rotary shaver I was looking at to a foil one, better for his young skin and cost $30 less. Advised me regarding care of product.Highly recommended.

Products are low quality and won't shave at all.Spent $300 and the shaver is awful quality.Won't refund money. Manager said it just doesn't shave to your liking" didn't shave at all.Place is a scam. Do not shop."

Personally never suggest to go back this store. disappointed!!The shaver shop (Hobart city) is not responsible for own commitment, and exchange and return promises, so find different shop to buy grooming tools.I brought a wahl 18k gold trimmer but the shop assistant didn't explain clear about the Trimmer, and when I came back to the store for product return they refused toreturn/exchange the product. disappointed !!!!
