We have been going to Pakenham Heating and Cooling for a number of years now for servicing and any new system requirements. We have always found all staff - whether office or those performing the work to be very professional. They have always communicated clearly, only promised what they can deliver, arrived on time and where unexpected issues have been identified, endeavoured to find a solution. We would be more than happy to recommend.

Matt & James replaced our ducted heating system today as the old one was on the way out. Both gents were friendly, arrived on time, and did a great job, James walked us through the new system and answered a few questions in a very easy going, professional manner. I Requested A quote on the repair of my Evaporative Cooler. They sent a couple of guys down at a cost of $250. When they were finished they told me I would need 3 parts to repair the unit and they would have 2 quotes sent. One for a new unit and the other for replacing the parts on the existing unit. I informed them I was not willing to replace the unit at this point and just wanted the parts replaced. I received a quote for a complete new install, but no quote for the repairs as stated. I called and was informed by the guy that he would pass it onto his boss. I also emailed requested the quote for repairs that I paid for. No Response to my call or my email. On the initial booking I was told I would probably need a new unit, Even though it hadn't even been looked at yet??? Its a pity I never got what I paid for! Which was a quote for replacing the parts on the unit.In response to your response>I requested a quote on repairs and I made that clear. I have received no message on my voicemail by anyone from your company at all. The only good thing to come out of this is that you actually sent a quote for the repairs finally. Given your attitude I would not feel confident in having anybody from your company carry out any repairs at my house.
