i have been a regular customer here and thought it was a great shop for all my vaping needs until I was given wrong information by 2 employees about a faulty product that I was sold.During point of sale I was told they have a full refund exchange policy which i also saw in these reviews. I then had to bring the product back in 3 times and felt humiliated. I had shown the product was obviously faulty the second time in 100%.I was given lame trivial excuses that countered the research i had done with the staff prior and what was clearly wrong.Do not understand why I had to be put through that when even the guy who sold it said it was not the first faulty return of that product.They did everything they could to get rid of me without any help and i basically had to go in and demand my money back. Not going back after all the cash me and my mates have blown on vapes, liquids etc. Etc.

You will most likely find better products for cheaper prices in other places, probablythat's why they have a No change of mind return policy , never going back their again.

Fantastic range of goods and gifts and very helpful with postage. The staff are very helpful and friendly and will seek out items if out of stock. I will definitely be a return customer.
