7-Eleven Palm Beach

There was a sign on the door saying closed for 20 minutes, 45 minutes later still waiting. This is ridiculous the worker is lazy and needs to get his act together i will not wait 45 minutes standing in the Gold Coast heat for a slushie when he can see us waiting.

Forgot my wallet at night service counter on 5th of June 2020. Very thankfull to the Service Attendent to secure my wallet safely with some cash in it.Nominated employee of the year for 7 eleven for politeness and being courteous.Thank you heaps :)

The owner is rude, arrogant and grumpy. He told me to put the second coffee cup back when I double cupped a black coffee (the norm everywhere as it’s boiling hot) after I offered to pay extra he refused and ran after me to look at my rego. No other attendants had an issue with double cups the several times I have purchased fuel and coffee. This owner has harassed me 3 x re black coffee double cups and told me the last time to save the second cup to reuse it, after I told him ok he the demanded my mask exemption and told me he will refuse me entry without a mask. This is the man who told me to return my double cup. The owner is an oxymoron. Don’t spend your hard earned money here, there are several servos close by.

Unbelievable terrible customer service. They charged my debit card twice for my petrol, I just realised the day after. So I went back there to ask them to reverse my $60 and showed them my bank statement and they told me to call my bank and sort it out.I tried to speak to the manager and he was so rude and told me to leave this shop or he would call the police on me. Never to return

The operator made me feel horrible, he was grumpy at me for accidentally spilling a drink, I was still charged for it and wasn't allowed a refill. I was extremely sad and embarrassed. He ruined my day.

I won't be back here. They short changed me $5. It's worth driving a bit further for better service at another servo that's not 7-Eleven with below average service. Taking my business elsewhere will cost them a lot more in the long run than the $5 they ripped me off.

7/11 is a terrible company who never puts bathrooms in their premises - do not use this company until they help customers have bathroom breaks while on the road
