First time visiting Sophia Medispa today and I’d give more stars than five if I could! First of all, the health insurance rebate was what got me so I felt less guilty about spending money on looking after myself. I booked in for a 1.5hr pregnancy massage with Sophia which was the most amazing massage I’ve ever had. I felt soooo relaxed and refreshed! The space was also great, just really nice attention to details that made the experience extra enjoyable. Bonus for parking as well. I can’t wait to go back and definitely a high recommendation from me.

Best massage I’ve ever had!Sophia was very welcoming when I went in to inquiry about her services.She used just the right amount of pressure through out my deep tissue massage and I felt absolutely relaxed after she was done.The environment is so clean and calming I would gladly spend hours just sitting in there.Thanks Sophia for your great care.Looking forward to making a return visit whenever I visit the area again.

Had a great remedial massage with Oscar who communicated well with me and relieved my lower back and shoulder stiffness and soreness! I'm also impressed that all staff wear masks and the facilities are very clean and professional which is very important for our family. I'll be back again!

I just had THE BEST deep tissue massage I've ever had. I knew I had some sore spots but a lot more were found...& relieved. Can't recommend highly enough. Being able to have a shower afterwards was a big bonus.Thank you very much.

Today I had 1hr pregnancy massage with Sophia, she was absolutely amazing. Super gentle and very attentive. The space is immaculate and I love all the small details provided throughout the experience (hot towel, cold water bottle, little something for the bub…etc). Definitely coming back!
