They're no longer doing ebay pick ups but it was pretty poor service getting my parcel from there, bordering on rude. There seemed to be some odd resentment that I was picking it up from there even though ebay gave me them as the pickup point.No phone call or message notifying me it was there, no ID check when I picked it up.

Told the guys that my battery had died and couldn't work out how to get to them without a car. They put in the delivery car and delivered it with a trade delivery they were making past my place - not a normal service they offer. Absolutely beyond what I've come to expect from customer service now days. They actually care about the customer, empathise with your situation and go above and beyond to help you out.

I needed a battery powered jump starter to help out a son with a 3 month old baby. Got it home only to find the item was wrongly described on the box. Repco very graciously sorted out the issue. Highly recommend this outlet.
