Withheld my late fathers money . Still won’t release it even with Lawyers involved.It’s been months !!!!You have approved it . Yet it’s been 3 months and you have not released our money!Not really fair. Australian super are far easier to work with.I understand you work for them and I appreciate your reply.It doesn’t take months to release money that doesn’t belong to Rest.

I am changing from Rest super after 23 years that should tell you something.Their operation is very flimsy and ridden with mistakes and made up rules on the spot.Simple forms takes them weeks to process, the place is essentially stuck together with sticky tapes and chewing gumsThey have barely made any money in the time I have been with them and their processes and systems are prehistoric in terms of efficiency and speed.I would simply stay away from these guys to be honest.

A Company, the practice of which is not to sign correspondence that would enable members to know the person who was addressing their issues.The Company telephone advisors and those to whom they refer queries they do not know the answers to clearly lack any knowledge or understanding of the Victorian Oaths & Affirmation Act of 2018 Re witnessing requirements.Telephone contacts are under instruction not to transfer calls they cannot answer to more senior advisers or decision makers. They are also reluctant to advise contract persons or reference numbers of recorded telephone discussions.My assessment - this Company has considerable scope for improvement in customer dealings and employee trainingOn subsequently reading other reviews on this site, it seems REST response to reviews posted is to basically say sorry, but do nothing to improve its customer experience.Surely it’s time company management addressed the expectations of its clients and their reaction to its current standard of responses and poor service

Would not bother with rest been with them since 1999 they are not helpful at all and do not listen to what you are asking for when needing help!! Have opened another superannuation with someone else who are willing to cooperate with customers needs without all the bullying like rest.

Called REST to walk through un-used concessional super contributions. Advised to make personal contributions which i did up to $21,000.00.Spent several days on the phone, submitted forms but REST proved to be incompetent and unable to process. Resulting in me moving company a few months later. Having to add additional $21,000.00 with the new company because this doesn’t forward on.Needless to say pretty upset with my several forms and endless phone calls going no where and resulting in needing to repeat transfers to my super. Much clearer and easier with the new super company.Spoke with ATO and REST management recently and nothing they can do to assist from this point, I can only hope they improve for the next person.

Worst communication. I tried to contact them regarding insurance policy with every staff member transfering me to different person and keeping me in hold for more than 40 minutes. Hire a competent staff please and dont waste our time.

I have no hesitation recommending that my friends and family who I suggested join, go elsewhere, i cannot give half a star or none and i would for this review.Rest are absolutely disgusting! The anguish they put my mum through is unimaginable and i cannot understand how a company can still operate!

Terrible service, do not recommend. If I could give 0 I would. My father who is a pensioner has been given no help in regards to having his super account closed and funds transferred to his bank account. Told it would be max. 8 days, it has now been almost a month with no contact and the only correspondence of enquiries an automatic email response

I have no hesitation recommending that my friends and family who I suggested join, go elsewhere. The customer service team are rude, dishonest and misleading. The organisation has implemented policies that prevent you accessing your money. I will be moving onto a competitor!
