In under 10 years I have gone to Bosch Car Service - Gombars, for service but mostly as a default mechanic that I felt safe and always got the service I required. Im female, not really experienced in the mechanics of vehicles, but this place reassures me not in a conversation but in their action. The mechanics I deal with are always attentive to what I am requiring and I am a very hard to please customer. I might not know about the vehicles I drive but I know human nature, you can pick out the ones that don't do the job properly from a mile away. I will say though I have several mechanics in my family who always asks where I have my service done and this is how I know that Im right about this place. I have read the reviews and each one I find are angry people with issues that could have been resolved by common sense or just plain and simple 'no idea'.

My radiator blew in my ute a couple of weeks back and I called Joshy who was able to take it in straight away and had it ready for me the next morning. Service was great and I really appreciated that he was able to fit it in at such short notice for a good price. Haven't had any troubles since. Will definitely be back.

Spoke to Joshie about getting a blue slip done at short notice - nothing was a problem and he was able to book me in on the same day. The service was great and the team were very friendly. I'll definitely be back to have the car serviced in future.

Great service from Bosch. They looked after my car's needs and helped me with what I needed to do to transfer my registration to NSW. They went above and beyond.

Maybe they provide good mechanical service as seen based on the feedbacks, who knows, but I could not try to get this, as when I came there by the arranged time to get a safety check, they told me they had had an issue with their equipment and could not help me. I understand that force-majeure is possible, but they did not phoned me and I actually wasted my time instead of doing my job, and I had urgently to look for another mechanical workshops, which cannot service my car immediately, while I had a limited time to renew my rego. I am giving them 2* for being polite, but guys, you have to warn your clients in advance if you experience issues.

You know a place is good when it's recommended by another local mechanic. The other local mechanic is not equipped to do blue slip inspections. Bosch scheduled me in and had my inspection done quickly and at a lower rate than other places I rang.
