I had Dial a digger out to dig a 60m long 600mm deep trench to lay an electric cable. They dug the trench charged the money and left. When I was able to measure the trench it was not 600mm deep at any point making it useless for running the cable. When I spoke to them the story changed from, it's probably just rubble in the trench, to there was a small section that couldn't be done and finished up with them saying they didn't have the equipment to do the job properly and couldn't finish it. They still charged over $1000

Don't waste your money-my grandsons could have done a better job with their Tonka Toys. Unfortunately I had to go to work so could not supervise but I had described at length on the phone what I needed and Christian the worker" on the day arrived before I left for work and again I showed

The high rate they charge does not match their lack of professionalism.They did a good job clearing the land but smashed an outside sink in the process which will cost several hundred dollars to fix. They have refused to entertain the idea that they are at fault even though they were the only people there at the time.Their excuse is it's collateral damage. So sad too bad.A bunch of unprofessional cowboys.

I have used this company in Oaklands Park SA for 2 different jobs and getting them to do another one (over 3 years) they were with 2 different workers, they arrived on time and completed the tasks as agreed. I was impressed they both cleaned up after themselves. I am getting them in again to help . I would recommend them highly . Lee is easy to get on with and happy to help when he can. Robyn

Lee responded very quickly to our enquiry and came up with viable options for our job. Christian was courteous and polite and did the job quickly and efficiently with no fuss. It was a pleasure to deal with them both and I would highly recommend them in future.

we agreed on time and day for job to be done and that was not carried out as discussed. It was only after i rang to confirm that the time had been changed, and then that didn't happen either and put the job two days behind. The only thing that i can positively say about this experience was that the bobcat opperator Dion did do a great job and was quick and clean and very nice to deal with. It was not a great experience with them and i would not use again or recommend to anyone. When i spoke to the office i got the impression that the care factor was zero.

Requested a quote and Lee responded by email very quickly. Booked them in and only 4 day wait. Arrived promptly very pleasant , efficient gentlemen. They completed the work as asked and the area was very neat and tidy. Husband and I are very happy and would highly recommend them.

These guys are a rip off would not recommend to anyone. They quote from their desk without even coming out to look at the job and then try and blame you when the cost blows out. They charged me $120 in travel time when they are lucky to be 5 minutes away from me. The operator took off for about an hour and still charged me for it. The job wasn’t finished the first day and then when they come back they rock up with an excavator where they should of used a bob cat as it would have been much quicker. The cost ended up being more than double what they quoted me and was charged straight to my card before it was even agreed on. Steer clear from these guys.

Extremely poor service. Inexperienced franchise operators. Head office over charges for the work. Strongly recommend against using this company should you want a quality project completed. They take your credit card details upfront and attempt to overcharge you for time on site. Poor quality of work was recognised by independent landscaper and builder. They are manipulative and use stand-over tactics to attempt to seek payment for poor quality work. They have been reported to consumer affairs in SA. Don't use them and don't trust the reviews that have been posted in the recent hours since this review.
