Go anywhere else. Their policies are by QBE and they exclude most things. Save yourself money by using a real insurance company.They also increase fees every year. Save yourself money and go anywhere else

Hi I had worst experience with elders not recommended at all . Our kitchen oven is not working from last 90 days and they still making excuses to fix it and when I go to office to see property manager they always said we will call you back but no one called at all and ask to come back because property manager is on holidays I came today morning to see her and receptionist said she is not here you can come back at 2 and I went 2 o clock again same answer property manager is on lunch break . If she go for lunch break at 2 so why you asked me to come back at 2 disgusting

Highly recommend Teresa Holland. Teresa has gone above and beyond in the property management of our units. She has made herself available even when she is on annual leave. Correspondence is always addressed immediately and maintenance issues have been resolved without fuss.

I received excellent service from Elders Real Estate when I initially moved to Whyalla. I was looking for a place to rent and had no luck. They were very helpful and found a place within a short space of time when places became available. They also made the process very easy and answered any questions I had. If you are new to Whyalla or Australia, I would highly recommend you contact them if you are looking for a place to rent.

i tried to make a booking for a viewing of a large property in Iron Knob two days ahead of arriving in Iron Knob from Victoria as we are looking at buying in the area. Jake's reply was he would let me know the next day if he could do it, i waited till late afternoon the next day for a reply and got no response at all. Jake then texts me after me having to ring the office to chase him up, as I had heard nothing, only to get a text from him to say he cant fit it in. I then asked him via text if another person could do show us through, again I got no reply at all. I then asked if we could show ourselves through if we signed for a key, but again received no reply at all from Jake. Very poor customer service, obviously they don't won't buyers for their properties.
