A TRULY HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!The beauty therapist was obviously drunk when i arrived which made me feel uncomfortable.It took over two hours to complete my leg and arm wax, and the quality of work was terrible.I paid $80 for the service and left still covered in patches of hair!Jessica assured me I could return for touch-ups" (to clean up the work she was too intoxicated to do properly during our scheduled appointment) but there was no way I was subjecting myself to that again...The experience was incredibly unprofessional; the work was bad
