The woman that works there on Thursday is so rude. Sour look on her face. Slams my receipt on the counter after i bought some shampoo.I asked about a product and she said they no longer manufacture that colour. She did not bother to check or call head office to ask. I knew this product is still manufactured as my hairdresser uses this particular colour on my hair. I knew she was lying .I liked the products in this shop. Tried a different day to shop and found this lovely lady that worked on Monday who ordered that particular colour I wanted.

Worst customer service ever.no welcome greetings nothing.i have been going to this place for more than 3 years.they always hire very rude people as sales assistants.there were few ladies worked there.they all same.grumpy rude and very poor customer service.I went to buy some colours and I had to request a bag for my products and she didn't even look at me and didn't even say thank you.Never go there.i rather pay few dollars more at hhwh.

probably the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. The middle aged blonde lady that works here on a Monday clearly hates her job.No hello when walking in, sighed when I brought the products I was buying up to the counter and then didn’t even say Thankyou! She handed me my products and said “there”.Somebody needs to find this lady a job where she doesn’t need to interact with people. Wow.I think next time I’ll drive the extra 10 minuets and go to Turnley’s in Dandenong.

I was very disappointed with the customer service at Vesper Drive. I went in on Tue (2/3/2021) afternoon the Sales woman was very rude and offhanded. Was such an effort for her to even turn her head to answer my query, knowing very well I was searching around for sometime for the product.When she got to answering she was really curt. By this it puts you off from going back to that store. I recommend she should be given a through training on good customer service.
