Came to place an order of tiles first thing on Monday morning. Owner arrived at 8:30, gets out of their Lexus and asks, “can you read?”. Absolutely rude and disgraceful. Will be taking my business elsewhere. Local is not always better.

Fabulous, attentive and perfect service from Renditions Tiles. Recommended to me by another store in Northern NSW for their superior product and I agree 100%. Yusra had a knowledge of the products which was fantastic; she was wonderful to speak to and provided helpful advice on an order which had significant time pressures. She took all the stress out it and made the process enjoyable and exciting. Facilitated delivery to Byron Bay area without hesitation. 5 out of 5.

Owner was horrible. Came in with my partner to choose tiles for our home. Parked the car and owner comes out asking if we are blind. Told us to keep moving and not to come back. Absolutely horrible service and his breath also smells.
