Don't go here there! customer service is non existent they are rude and confrontational, I was bollocked by the forklift driver, the front desk man and then the apparent manager Scott Tuxworth for having the incorrect paperwork, I was a customer with them for over 6 years but obviously the son has inherited the business and is running it accordingly.Use Hawkins transport they do the same run and won't give hassel.

An absolute Massive thank you to Tuxworth &Woods Driver Brian Johnson BJ, I blew a tyre on the Mulligan hwy 15klms outside of Mt Carbine in the rain and at 8 pm at night. This kind King among men pulled up used his truck as a bit of a buffer and helped me change me tyre. Thanks mate your a true Legend.Owe ya a beer,Cheers Bobby

In this day and age where cash is becoming a thing of the past here is a business that wont allow customers to directly deposit. Other than that its a good company

Fantastic Service and Communication. We used these guys to ship some important items to Weipa recently. We hit a small snag and these guys really pulled out all the stops to get us back on track. - Would not recommend this place, unless you like getting yelled at and wasting time and money.- Terrible customer service: Simon Tuxworth, the individual who runs the operation, based on my experience, is very confrontational and treats his staff very poorly, yelling at them for making mistakes- His company confirmed that goods had been delivered on a certain date and I had made plans around this at great expense, flying to pick them up. By no fault of ours, the goods had not been delivered and instead of rectifying the situation, his employees and Simon himself yelled at me, blaming me for relying on the promise his company had made and not understanding the nuances of the trucking industry- Very difficult and unprofessional company to deal with - eventually he did deliver the goods later that day, but made it seem like he was doing me a favour instead of upholding the promise he had made me. He did not apologise once for his conduct or his company's mistake.
