Trounce Caravans

We bought a second hand caravan and the lack of service and the bad attitude was astounding! It was a really hot day, and we were left to our own devices as far as getting the caravan ready to go. It hadn't even been cleaned. They just seemed to want us to be gone asap. Sure, we got a good deal, but that was all. Very disappointing.

Got a great deal on a second hand van. Handover was excellent, nothing was to hard even in 38 deg heat they where out switching over my plug so I could drive away that day. Very helpful even replacing a broken foot which they didn't have to do after I got it home.

A huge thank you to Daniel and the friendly, helpful staff at Trounce Caravans.We purchased our Delta 21 late last year and we couldn’t be happier with it. Purchasing this caravan has made weekend and short trips less stressful and more frequent due to the ease of packing it up.Nothing is ever too much trouble, all our questions have been answered promptly, and we have never been left feeling unsure or uneasy about anything.Thanks again!!!!!!!

These guys are great, picked up our new van 12/20 & we didn't have a Anderson plug fitted to our car at that stage. We are away at the moment & tried using the Anderson plug to keep the fridge cool. There was a problem & gave Trounce a phone call, they said come over now & we will fixed for you. No cost really appreciated it & glad we bought from Trounce.

My review is on receiving van and usage of van only as waiting time affected due to Covid 19.Pick up of our Tuff Roader 1810 was a positive experience. Daniel went through all the do's and don'ts of everything ie water pump and water control valves, aerial, fridge etc. Couple of little electrical gremlins but nothing major and all sorted before leaving.Thanks Trounce Caravans. Love our Tuff Roader 1810. Have just done two trips. Kyneton to Penong S.A via Mt. Gambier and Hahndorf and back and second trip to Marlo Vic via Lakes Entrance then across to Bright. Views and experience awesome. Van was absolutely faultless.Cheers Jeff n Jen

I am disgusted with the treatment of my Sister who bought a caravan through you guys. You were so willing to sell her a very dodgy caravan but when she needed great customer back up service you gave her the run around. Just because she was a female you stuffed her around. She has had problem after problem with the caravan that she paid good money for but you guys could not care less. She has had problems with the TV you put into your vans and the fridge has given her more problems than I could list here.If I was purchasing a new caravan then I would NEVER touch you guys. You are not worthy of having a business. Customers, please go elsewhere as these guys will not look after you after the purchase. They do not know what after sales customer service means. Do not buy from these guys, PLEASE.

Very disappointing experience and the worst customer service. Called the Service department today about work which was incomplete on my van. I called to try and resolve the matter and was told by Stuart to finish the work myself. I wasn’t comfortable doing this as I am not qualified and wanted it completed by someone experienced. I said I would remove the item and return it to Trounce for a refund. He then laughed said good luck, called me a f@&king idiot and hung up. I received a call not long after advising they will refund some of the money as they had overcharged me, no apology for the comments made.I wanted to ensure the owner of this business, Shaun, was aware the way his staff were speaking to customers. He was and couldn’t give a toss, probably why the staff have no professionalism. Will never attend your service centre again.

We visited Trouce Caravans looking to buy a caravan and were not approached by any customer service operators so we left. Unfortunately this has happened to friends of ours also who had good money to spend. Disappointing

We are extremely happy with our off-road 1810 xtrak we picked up mid July 2019. Daniel made it so easy for us to transfer from our old van, it was freezing & blowing a gale. Everything was explained to us how it all works, new hitch up procedures, grey water tank etc, diesel heater is fantastic, plenty of room. tows way better than our old Jayco. Can't fault it. Spent 18 months researching vans this is value for $$$'s, we love it..

Great customer service. Fantastic selection of vans to choose from. Upfront about delays and expected delivery. Can't wait to hit the road.
