TeamMoto Frankston

Came in as I am doing a deal with TeamMoto Canberra and my bike is coming down from Canberra, went into Frankston quite a few times to do some trade-ins for Canberra etc etc. The staff there are awesome! I believe his name was David? The new manager is a gem! Very easy to talk to, very straight forward, went above and beyond to help and kept checking in repeatedly when I had to wait a little while. I also spoke with Judy" who was absolutely lovely in telling me the process of registration and went out of her way to help out with information for me. She was professional and very kind. The whole team was great

I had my bike serviced just recently and I had Sam look after me. I’m really not local to the area but I wanted to support the dealership as I bought 2 bikes of Denham and he’s been absolutely amazing. As I was riding in horrible weather and heavy traffic, I thought to myself that moving forward I’ll service it closer to home as opposed to Teammoto Frankston because it’s so inconvenient for me. However, after the absolutely outstanding red carpet experience I had with Sam, I will not go anywhere else for my servicing needs; irrespective of the traffic, weather, distance and other inconvenience factors. Sam was very welcoming, accommodating, transparent, explained the whole process and is exceptionally good at what he does. What a valuable asset to the business!Sam, thanks once again for your amazing service!

Recently picked up a new CB125F. Peter was a pleasure to deal with and the whole team are super friendly. No hard sell and crazy up sell on extras like at car dealers I’m used to. Very happy and look forward to continuing my custom with TeamMoto Frankston.

Genuinely interested in spending 25k on a bike which turned out to be at another store, however they had an identical model in stock but different colour, so I asked to test ride. The salesperson was disinterested, rude and very clearly didn’t want to allow a test ride due to the bike I wanted being in a another store.I asked for a trade in value on my Triumph Scrambler, to which he replied that they don’t provide indicative prices over the weekend (no problem, I’ll come back). Then he proceeded to walk me outside to my bike and eventually provide a trade in value which was embarrassingly low.The whole experience was just bizarre and awkward, I didn’t get to test ride and I ended up walking out.Guess I’ll just buy something privately.

Couldn’t fault the service.I bought a new bike and with most things these days there were hiccups with delivery and getting parts however Denham, my sales rep, was outstanding. Keeping me informed of where things were at and assisting with every step of the purchase, from a good deal and easy trade in process to connecting me to insurance and additional parts. Denham, Michelle (finance/insurance), Sam and Tori (service) and Thomas (parts) were fantastic to deal with. I went with BMW but would highly recommend the team at TeamMoto Frankston for anything BMW, Yamaha or Honda.Thanks guys, I’ll see you all soon for my first service.
