The restaurant was opened on 30 April 2023. Taste and service are so nice.

Nice and cosy new Malatang restaurant. Intrigued to try here after seeing this store from another malatang store opposite. More than 30 varieties for ingredients to choose from, good soup choices, and good toppings selection . I had classic malatang soup with some veggies and protein and potato vermicelli. The staffs here understood English and the order was smooth. A little salty but and the bamboo shoots were a bit off? that I expect. Great start!

Nice clean fitout and comfortable seating at this new Malatang at Hurstville. For me the important thing was having all the condiments from the original place in Hurstville which it did.Their point of difference was the awesome beef brisket and tendon, precooked and maintained a chewy texture the way these cuts should be. The original Malatang soup base was on the sweet side but there are sauces and chilli the customer can add at themselves.The price is also the cheapest of the lot at $3.22 per 100 gram.I will be returning because of everything mentioned and because you can get a comfortable table to sit at.

Fresh and Hot Malatang offers a moderate selection of noodles, meat, and veggies. You can choose laksa, szechuan, or chicken stock as a soup base; or opt out for the mala-wok option.The restaurant also has a set rice menu, but when I was about to order, they said they were not ready to serve those. Also, there was no sauce container available. So I had no choice but to add the sauce to the soup bowl.

Great taste of malatang, love the vibes and services. Came with my family, we try all flavour each and all so yummy. Love it!! Love it!!

This place is amazing! probably the best malatang I’ve had in Sydney to be honest, and pricing is great. Would definitely recommend
