After deciding selling my apartment in Kensington, I called Ferry directly after searching all agents' selling record in my area, finding myself made a very good choice. Ferry gathered selling history records of a few apartments comparable to mine and gave an accurate estimation of the value of my apartment I should expect. During the selling process, he is very professional, always supportted me and tried his best to meet my expectation using his selling strategy, never pushed me to sell below my expection. While I was waiting for my rental deposit to be returned, Ray white Kingsford claimed the full rental deposit from Fair Trading without prior communication or negotiation. They did not have the basic courtesy to provide bills and receipts to demonstrate the expenses that justified the full claim. As a result, I had to file a case with the Tribunal to retrieve a portion of my deposit. The principal agent (CK) is not trust worthy , so please make sure to have everything in writing.
