Pizza Workz

My first order at this place was a pick-up order. Ordered bacon and egg pizza, no bacon, add ham on phone. Person answering phone did not even greet me or say the business name (I had to ask if this was pizza works Bray Park?) In which a male replied Yeah...When I arrived I knew I was early but I went instore to pay and check-in. There was no QLD check-in anywhere in store??? I paid and they started to make my pizza which I heard them say bacon and egg no bacon add ham which is what I paid for...Got home, no ham on a plain, tasteless egg pizza. Rang to complain and settle my problem with the STORE and spoke to a male staff member. He couldn't care less in my opinion and offered no solution other than speaking with the pizza maker so it won't happen again...To me that's poor customer service and ruined my Friday night in. I will not be back. Thanks but NO THANKS!

Pizza Workz NORTH LAKES - WOW I fell in love from the first bite. So lucky to have found pizza workz. LOADED with toppings (something very rare these days), base cooked to perfection with that little bit of crunch. This is my go to pizza on cheat meals. Great customer service on phone and pick up, great prices and definitely worth every cent. Can't recommend enough, you must try it!!!

Used to always get pizza from here. Never again. On top of the price increasing on deals by $5, this new price was only advertised on brochure in store. Old prices still on shop window and still on google. When told about this, they refused to honour the advertised price. Then upon arriving home with the pizzas, they barely had any sauce on them, and about a third amount of the topping. Would of been better off getting $5 pizzas from dominoes. This will be reported to the Office of Fair Trading.

Awesome place to get big portions.. especially for foods you like but hate cooking like lasagna.Really generous pizza too

Have been going here for years but after last nights service we probably won’t , From start to finish , it seemed to hard for them , we rang up for a phone order , and my partner had to repeat his words so many times , he hung up very frustrated, the order was paid via card over the phone , the order was delivered late , but we let that go due to the weather , it was raining hard , my partners pizza , a bbq chicken had pineapple on it , didn’t realise that was on the menu , but when do bbq pizzas come with pineapple? Soooo then this morning I was checking the bank , I realised that they charged us twice , once for the correct price at 6:45 pm then again for $2 more then the original price at 8:45 , so the second time was an extra $50 + was taken out of our account , Hubby rang to sort it out over the phone , was told to come down to sort it out , the weather was still bad so didn’t really didn’t want to leave the house but to the shop we went to sort it out , the excuse , we had two phone orders under Chris , REALLY ? How did you still have the account details readily available to make that mistake , ? They refunded the greater amount no issue , but then mentioned that they would have to call the other customer back to ask if they could have their details to pay for there last nights pizza , , really is that legal ? Love to be a fly on the wall for that phone call.

The best pizza in the Strathpine area

Good quality pizza. Fairly decent priced but you get what you pay for. Staff friendly and always willing to talk and serve customers when they can.

We used order 2 large pizzas 3times a week since we moved in this area. it used to be really good, lately they forgot lots of things like toppings with even incorrect size(young girl manager said pizza dough gets smaller after bake) Will try again maybe in the future.

Unfortunately I can't give a fair review of the pizza from this business since we ordered our meal from the Bray Park store using the online ordering page, paid and showed up to pick up our dinner, only to find the store closed. Nobody answered any advertised numbers, so at this stage it looks like we're $80 out of pocket with nothing to show for it.Having a look through other past reviews, this seems to be a common occurrence, so if you're considering ordering from this store, I would avoid the online ordering option and only order in person.
