I Have been working for Tessa Residential as a handyman for over 5 years and I have found Jane Davie to be the most honest, helpful and supportive Property Manager.I have had the pleasure of working with. Jane has been with Tessa for over a year now and has done a remarkable job in helping owners with their investment properties and supporting her trades.Even her tenants speak highly of her, saying she is getting maintenance done, understanding and helpful and all over a nice person.I have been in business for over 20 years and have found Jane to be a pleasure to work for. She always answers her phone and if she can't, will ring you back when she is free.Jane is awesome she will look after your investment property like it's her own.

I would just like to express my extreme gratitude for Tessa Residential New Farm and in particular their Senior Property Manager Jane for helping us find our new family home. We were on the verge of being homeless with our 6 month old baby due to the competitive rental market. After being knocked back by many other agents and home owners, Jane was the only property manager out of the 30+ applications we submitted that reached out to us. She has been compassionate yet completely professional, and she has made us feel so secure throughout the entire lease process. We would recommend Jane and Tessa Residential to anyone looking for a positive change :)

Jane Davie is the best property manager I’ve had in my experiences dealing with real estate agents. She always picked up her phone when there were any issues regarding the maintenance of the house. She was always kind and helpful. As soon as I mentioned issues or maintenance problems with the property she was onto it straight away.

Awful. Rude, unresponsive.At one point they expected us to move all of the contents of our apartment to change the carpet due to flooding that wasn't our fault. Avoid.

It was previously a 4 to 5 star experience and I was happy to keep my investments under their management because of the good work of my property manager, Jane.However, with my interactions with their property management team leader, I was left with the impression that I won't be able to trust this business whole-heartedly as I used to. It appears that they are willing make empty promises, claiming that they are willing to match the rate other competitors provide, only then went behind my back, exercising their industry influence, to prevent me from accessing other competitive services. Despite weeks of effort to try to resolve this dispute, it all came down to now that I need to prove that the other businesses had in fact provided a better deal for me in the first place. This whole experience has been disappointing and prove to me that my best interest is not on their radar.The only reason I did not give a 1 star is simply because my property manager Jane remained to be professional and helpful. However, there is only so much a good property manager can save and unfortunately, I would no longer recommend this business to any of my friend. I genuinely hope that I am the only person experiencing something like this.

I don't even know where to start with the level of incompetence from Tessa Aspley. After failing to get back to me or follow up on multiple enquiries, including a lease renewal, they took 4 weeks of rent out of my account after I had given my notice to leave and had explicitly emailed directly asking them not to as I was 4 weeks in advance on my rent. They took 6 weeks to process my bond refund after vacate AFTER I had lodged it with the RTA because they hadn't reaponded. They have still not refunded the rent I was in advance and I moved out 3 months ago!! The communication is disgraceful and the girls on reception are incredibly rude when I call to follow up despite me not once yelling or being angry over the phone or email. The worst Property management or general service I've ever received. Terri, if you're reading this, give me my money you owe me.

My husband and I absolutely love having Jane Davie as our property manager. Jane is very fast and responsive with any enquires we have and always has them answered, dealt with as soon as possible and to perfection. Very caring and thoughtful to our family during the latest pandemic. We are very happy and love renting as long term tenants thanks to Jane with her warm welcome and continuous support though these last couple of years. A massive Thankyou from the Conroy Family.

We rented through Tessa for four years and wouldn’t hesitate to rent through them again. We had the most amazing Property Manager. Jane Davie, who treated us with such kindness and respect, instead of just a weekly rent payment and she was most definitely the reason we would rent with Tessa again.

We have been looked after well by Jane and the team at Tessa Residential. Jane is very responsive to our maintenance requests and is quick to help us finalise forms whilst we are renting from Tessa Residential. Jane also goes to extra mile to promptly write documents that we request for other services that we organise. Jane calls us on the same day if a matter is urgent to try resolve it as quickly as possible to reduce our stress as renters. Jane is professional, warm and friendly during our communication with her. Couldn't speak any more highly of her and the team. If you want to find a cooperative, transparent and honest real estate I would highly recommend giving Tessa Residential a try.
