The Baby section of Kmart Macquarie is the most stocked I’ve ever seen a Kmart. A great selection of things I honestly didn’t know Kmart sold!Whilst we were shopping, Barbara was busy working on price tags and filling more spots in the Baby section with more goods. She was very pleasant too, I have to say.Great experience!

Good collection but mostly things are out of stock. You don’t get a LOT of friendly staffs. Mostly not very helpful and don’t know stuffs. But a few of them are really sweet. I wanted to find a 2022 dairy. Two staffs checked amongst themselves and after an eternity later just to say no. Good that they tried but shouldn’t have taken that long!!

I wanted to buy a bag but there were no plastic bags in sight at the self serve area. Went to ask one of the girls at the counter (who was busy chatting to her friend) and I was interrupted with excuse me you can't pay here

Clean and well organized. Stock levels are always full. Good range of products at a reasonable price always. Friendly staff. The aisles are tidy and not cramped. The checkouts move quickly and there's never a long wait time. Plenty of parking.

I was pleasantly surprised after I saw this Kmart here...I was pretty sure this place didn't exist couple months back. This Kmart was well stocked and unlike some other Kmart's was clean, organised and didn't look like an aftermath of a war with stuff strewn all over...Amy was so nice and helpful at the entry.. We were looking for a cart but they didn't have any at the moment... Ten minutes in she came in with a trolley looking for me...Kmart is lucky to have such friendly dedicated employees.

First time visited this hydromarket today and it was good experience. A lot of different product are quite cheap if to compare to another shops. This hydromarket does not sell goods for food and that is shame because otherwise this place would be perfect.

Charged me slightly more than the price marked on the shelf. When I pointed this out at the register they wouldn't fix it on the spot. They didn't make a note to correct to the shelf pricing either so the next person will also be overcharged. They did say I could line up at the service desk to get a refund but the time I would have spent was worth more than the 50 cents involved. Small money but an irritatingly lazy approach. Added photos so that hopefully someone reads this and adjusts the display.

*Covid lockdown period*Saturday peak hour and they have only 2 staff for click and collect??? 1 of them is also handling returns too so not just c&c. Very very slow process..c'mon put in more staff and stop cost cutting!!!

This is in no way a complaint of the staff but rather the management of click and collect orders and printing photos.Everytime we have printed photos and gone to collect them the staff always have difficulty finding our order or the order isn't there. I have given up and instead of wasting time and fuel, I will be ordering photos from office works.In terms of online orders for click and collect, it seems there's always an item not available. I've had money refunded after 1.5 months of waiting.
