We had a reverse cycle air conditioning unit installed. Frost Air was very responsive from the initial contact till the completion of installation. An assessment done by the sales representative, Steve Linacre was highly professional.I cannot recall the names of the 2 men and the electrician who worked on this but they were efficient. They also did a good job cleaning up the site.We will definitely recommend your company to our friends.

Frost air conditioning installed an AC and did a great job. Friendly, reliable, punctual and professional... Frost Air Conditioning has just replaced our old (recently expired) Daikin air-conditioner with a new Fujitsu 10.5kW inverter reverse-cycle ducted system that best matched our needs & existing fittings. We found the staff to be responsive, reliable and courteous to deal with. There were no additional expenses and we found the staff to be honest on their observations, quotation pricing and professional installation. Their initial quotes for two different units was priced within expectation for the type of AC System we required and staff arrived for installation on time and completed the work within the specified period given.The dismantling of the old system required degassing and removal of the redundant AC Unit on the same day as the new system was installed, and this was included as a part of the installation process. Aside from the main Air Conditioner System, the installation also involved cutting and fitting new components in the ceiling and replacing the filter unit, the internal ducting system in the roof and installing a new backlit control interface on the wall which is easier to read and interact with. This process took a little over 7 hours and all packaging, crating and debris for the new system was removed at the end of the installation procedure.We've already contacted Frost Air Conditioning directly to thank them for their work and to convey our satisfaction with their performance. And we have likewise notified Fujitsu of the same. *Highly recommended for home & business AC installations.

We had an excellent experience in getting a split system installed at home with 3 internal units and one external unit.To start with, Frost Air were great at running us through the different options and breaking down the pros and cons to allow us to pick what worked for us.On the day, the installers were quick and neat and had the full system installed within half a day. We've been having a much more comfortable home this winter as a result!

I used Frost Air Conditioning to install ducted air in my existing house. The gentleman who came out and quoted was very professional and answered all my questions. This is the second time i have used Frost Air, over the past 11 years. Their 6 monthly service is easy to arrange. A new unit was installed this week by Chris & his team. They finished in 3 hours, which was so quick and without mess or any drama. The new unit is great, quieter and smaller yet more powerful and economical than my old one. Chris was great correspond with as he was very responsive. I couldn’t be happier. Thanks Frost Air.

We are very happy with the service at Frost Air. We had a multi split system installed in our apartment. Jason and Barbara were very responsive to our emails. The installation team were on time, very efficient and the finished job was better than we expected! Special mention to Ricky who came in a week later to fix the pump as we were having some noise issues.The whole installation was reasonably priced and we love our new LG air conditioning which we can control with our mobile phones through the LG app - so convenient and no need for losing the remote control!
