Disappointed. Unreliable. Had my item for a week, knew there was a deadline and didn’t even start the job. And never contacted me. Now I have to go and buy something else. Wouldn’t recommend.

Always professional service. The clothes that I have altered are always done in a timely manner and fit me perfectly.Any time I buy a fabric that I love, with even just a vague of what I would like that fabric to be turned into. Erika turns my vague ideas into beautiful & creative outfits that I never want to stop wearing.Whenever, I commission a costume to be created by Erika, she recommends the most suitable types of fabrics needed and the measurements that I should order to create the costume. I leave some pictures or a toy figure of the character that I would like Erika to make a costume of for me with the materials recommended and have never been disappointed. She always produces fabulous outfits that WOW me every time.The most recent outfit I ordered was an adorable set of customised pyjamas. From bits of fabric I picked out and bought myself, Erika created a pair of pyjamas that I never want to take off; with quality and detail that I could never find in department store pyjamas.
